Vaal Burning Arrow is a vaal attack that fires an exploding arrow with increased chance to ignite.

If Vaal Burning Arrow passes through an enemy it hits before hitting the target area (such as through Pierce and chain), then it will explode both at the target area, and on the enemy it passes through.

Although this gem had the duration tag reduced duration will not cause soul gain prevention to be reduced.

Version history

Version	Changes
3.14.0	Now expends 15 Souls per use (previously 20). Now stores up to 4 uses (previously 3). Now has a Soul Gain Prevention duration of 1 second (previously 2).
1.2.0c	Now does 160% of attack damage, up from 130%. This fixes an accidental reduction of skill damage that occurred during the Burning Arrow change in 1.2.0.
1.1.0d	Vaal Skill soul counts were initially balanced for Merciless difficulty, where there are more monsters. We want them to be easier to use in Normal and Cruel difficulty. We have halved the number of souls required for each skill. In Cruel difficulty, skills require 50% more souls to uses. In Merciless difficulty, they require 100% more (which is the same as before the patch).
