Mechanics
100% of Life Recovery from Flasks is applied to nearby Allies instead of You - This modifier makes characters heal nearby allies with life flasks, at the cost of them not working on the user.
Flask Behavior - Life flasks that normally stop working at full health, will work all the time with the druggery equipped.
Radius - The radius that life flasks can heal nearby allies is 75. [1]
