Blood of the Karui is a unique . It first recovers the life as a regular flask would do, and at the end of the flask duration - if you are still missing life - it will recover your entire missing life pool (meaning that if the initial recovery heals you to your max life, the secondary effect will not take place at the end of the flask duration).

- Anton to Zhenya can grant a random double-influenced league-specific unique item including flask. This bug has been fixed in version 3.14.0, so that influenced version of Blood of the Karui are legacy too. There is no actual in-game benefit to use influenced flask, however. Player cannot use Elderslayer's Exalted Orb to create an influenced flask base either.
