Healing question

Because of lag I have not played in groups. I am putting these questions here for people who play in groups to test if they want to.

100% of Life Recovery from Flasks is applied to nearby Allies instead of You

This doesn't say life recovery from life flasks, it just says from flasks. It could possibly work on other things that can grant life recovery to allies from flasks. These things could all be tested and then noted here. Some may or might not work. Some of them have a lot of power for healing party member. Examples to test:

Does it count the druggery players full life and heal allies for that amount? Or does each ally heal their own full life amount?

These do not state your flasks, so they might make the druggery healing apply to energy shield. Very strong if this interaction works for energy shield builds.
