Changes from default version

Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version has more damage and damage effectiveness, a larger radius, higher mana cost, slower cast time, and it hits directly after being cast. The duration of each blade is much shorter and the hit rate does not increase with more active blades. It has a single maximum active blade limit. Gem quality grants more physical damage.

Maximum blades: Only one blade can be active at a time. Once the limit is reached, creating a new blade will simply remove the existing active blade.

Hit interval: Unlike regular Blade Vortex, Blade Vortex of the Scythe will deal a hit immediately when the blades are created. Recasting Blade Vortex of the Scythe while there's already an active blade will not cause the skill to deal a hit on cast. To optimize the damage, your cast speed should be slightly longer than the blade duration and have the blade duration be slightly higher than 0.8 seconds.

Now has a Base duration of 0.8 seconds (previously 0.6), and now deals 32 to 48 Physical Damage at gem level 1 (previously 22 to 32), scaling up to 1353 to 2030 at gem level 20 (previously 902 to 1353). Quality now provides 0-20% more Physical Damage (previously Base Duration is +0-0.2 seconds).
