Changes from default version

Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version gains more damage and increased duration per curse socketed, but the base radius and duration is lowered. Gem quality increases base duration instead.

Despite the removal of regular Bane's Applied Curses have 25% less Effect from its ingame description, Bane of Condemnation still applies a 25% less effect penalty to curses it supports.
