Strange Barrel is a unique Strongbox.

This strongbox spawns waves (a stream) of spider-type enemies to defend it. In the final waves, it spawns rare monsters and a unique monster named Dav'nalleous.

The chest may contain one poison themed unique item from a limited loot table.
