Maximum Frenzy Charge Manipulation
The modifier Attacks have 60% chance to Poison while at maximum Frenzy Charges is affected by modifiers that increase or decrease maximum frenzy charges. Most notably, using three PacifismPacifism
Viridian Jewel-1 to Maximum Frenzy ChargesCorrupted"Your fear will overcome you."Place into an allocated Jewel Socket on the Passive Skill Tree. Right click to remove from the Socket. unique jewels with no additional maximum frenzy charges will reduce the maximum number of frenzy charges to zero, effectively permanently granting a chance to poison.
Alternatively, two Pacifisms and the modifier +(1-2) to Minimum Frenzy Charges from Redeemer-influenced items or the crafted modifier +1 to Minimum Frenzy Charges also work.
Ralakesh's Impatience can also be used to be considered as always at maximum Frenzy Charges and benefit permanently from Attacks have 60% chance to Poison while at maximum Frenzy Charges.

The official trade site filter Attacks have #% chance to Poison while at maximum Frenzy Charges and an value of 100 are not able to filter out the pre-3.0 double legacy variant. However, using the NOT condition on the aforementioned mod, can filter out all post-3.0 Snakebite, effectively leaving the double legacy Snakebite.
Moreover, the legacy mod and the current mod are using their own internal use mod ids, so that after using the Divine OrbDivine OrbStack Size: 20Randomises the values of the random modifiers on an itemRight click this item then left click a magic, rare or unique item to apply it., the legacy mod value of 100% chance to poison is retained. Note that the mod +5% to Damage over Time Multiplier for Poison per Frenzy Charge CANNOT be gained by using the Orb, so that it may not worth it to just reroll the evasion and life mods on legacy items.
