This Quest is optional.

This quest is given to you by Bestel in the Twilight Strand.

You must travel to the Tidal Island (entrance located in Terraces). Once there, you must locate and kill Hailrake.

His corpse will contain the Medicine Chest quest item.

Return to the Shore Encampment and talk to Nessa to receive a (difficulty based) unidentified magical Flask (Life, Mana or Vial) as well as Tarkleigh for a Skill Gem as your reward.
