The prophecy system was removed from the game in version 3.17.0. Itemised prophecies no longer exist in Path of Exile.

Objective

Go to The Cavern of Anger in Act 1 in the same room as Merveil, the Siren and kill four Bubbling Gold.

The monsters drop extra currency.
