Modifiers

Uses both hand slots – The Goddess Scorned is a one-handed sword, but does not allow a shield or another one-handed melee weapon to be equipped in the off-hand slot.

Ignites you inflict deal Damage 50% faster – Ignited enemies burn 50% faster with the Goddess Scorned equipped. This means ignites deal 50% more fire damage per second and have ~33% less duration. Expressed arithmetically, fire damage over time from ignites is multiplied by ${\textstyle \color [rgb]{0.6392156862745098,0.5529411764705883,0.42745098039215684}(100+50)/100}$, while ignite duration is multiplied by ${\textstyle \color [rgb]{0.6392156862745098,0.5529411764705883,0.42745098039215684}100/(100+50)}$. The total fire damage inflicted by one instance of ignite remains the same after these adjustments, but the duration is shortened.

She said: Every single time, Charan. And still...you'll bathe me, and you'll drink my love. Until you can't. was introduced to the game in version 3.1.1c as a replacement for the Goddess Unleashed, although it is not obtained through vendor recipes involving the other swords.

2.6.0	Base type implicit mod changed to +190 to accuracy rating (previously 18% increased Accuracy Rating). Base type damage increased to 20-33 (up from 17-27).
2.2.0	All sources of increased Critical Strike Multiplier have been changed to additional Critical Strike Multiplier. This change brings the functionality in line with how most players think it works. Because of this, all items, passives and some skills/support gems that used to have increased Critical Strike Multiplier are now 33% less effective on players, despite having the same value. A number of these have been adjusted in value to maintain similar effectiveness. Divine Orbs are required to update the following to their new values: All craftable Jewel mods which grant Critical Strike Multiplier, Facebreaker, Marylene's Fallacy, Fragment of Eternity (the Descent: Champions Unique), Bino's Kitchen Knife, Romira's Banquet, Shadows and Dust, Ungil's Harmony, Eclipse Solaris, Death's Harp, Mortem Morsu, The Goddess Scorned and Abyssus.
