Changes from default version

Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version has more cost, slower cast time, more damage and damage effectiveness, and less area of effect. It no longer only hits Shocked enemies, is unable to apply shock, deal more damage based on the effect of shock removed, or deal damage in a single area of effect; instead, it targets specific enemies in an area. It also no longer has a penalty to cooldown when triggered and can be supported by Unleash SupportUnleash SupportSpell, Support
