Changes from default version

Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version does not apply exposure or reduced life regeneration. Instead, it has a longer cooldown and duration and deals more damage with hits and ailments based on the duration. It has higher damage and damage effectiveness. It also lacks the Orb gem tag.
