Changes from default version

Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version only has the smaller impacts (with higher damage and damage effectiveness per bolt) and lacks the large initial meteor. It has a longer duration and a higher maximum concurrent storm count (which is increased even further by quality) than base firestorm.
