• (Skippable) Talk to Kurai, the Administrator again in the Lioneye's Watch (Act 6)
• Open a portal to The Rogue Harbour by using a Rogue's MarkerRogue's MarkerStack Size: 50000Creates a portal to the Rogue Harbour from a Town or Hideout

• Finish the contract
