All support stats are accounted for, including the mana multiplier.

The Skills gain a Base Life cost equal to 100% of Base Mana Cost causes your skills to cost both Life and Mana to use. Eldritch Battery will allow Energy Shield to be spent instead of Mana, but will still cost Life.
