Stormbind is a channeling spell that places runes on the targeted ground as the skill is channeled. These runes hinder enemies standing on it. The gem grants a sub-skill, Rune Blast, which improves runes placed by Stormbind as it is channeled, and releasing the channel detonates the rune and surrounding runes to deal lightning damage.
