Petrification Statue is a spell that summons a Petrification Statue in front of the player, which slows enemies in front of it until they become petrified.
Mechanics
The slowing beam effect only applies to enemies in front of it in a narrow cone. Enemies are petrified when their action speed is reduced to 0; enemies that cannot be fully slowed cannot be petrified. Enemies that are already petrified cannot be affected by its beams.
By default, the skill has a cooldown of 30 seconds and is affected by modifiers to Cooldown Recovery Rate. This skill begins on cooldown when entering a new area.
The statue lasts for 4 seconds by default. Modifiers to duration like

Modifiers to cast speed appear to affect the casting of the statue and the rate it fires its beams, but do not affect the rate at which it petrifies enemies, which is fixed at 15% reduced action speed per 0.3 seconds.
The statue is not affected by modifiers to area of effect.
