Hypothermia Support

Hypothermia is a support gem that grants supported skill gems more damage against chilled enemies, and also grants a chance to freeze enemies that are already chilled.

Skill functions and interactions

Hypothermia only works with hits and ailments, and doesn't work with non-ailment damage over time effects, because a hit is required to check whether enemy is chilled or not.
