Fingers of Frost is a notable passive skill that grants chance to Freeze against enemies that are Chilled, and causes Frozen debuffs to inflict a 30% Chilled debuff on removal.
Mechanics
Enemies Become Chilled as they Unfreeze, causing 30% reduced Action Speed:
- The base magnitude of 30% can be scaled with increases to ailment effect, if the maximum is higher due to Shaper of Winter.
- The chill originates from the creator of the freeze debuff. It is not inflicted by a specific skill: it cannot apply stats from Bonechill SupportBonechill SupportCold, Support
