Changes from default version

Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version has more damage and damage effectiveness, lower mana cost, faster cast time, and more projectile speed, but has less scaling for projectiles based on projectile lifetime. It also dissipates immediately upon firing all of its continuous projectiles and does not do a final spiral.
