Changes from default version

Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version has more damage and damage effectiveness and gains more shard projectiles, but has less scaling for projectiles based on projectile lifetime. It also only fires projectiles upon collision with terrain or after the eye dissipates, rather than continuously.
