Changes from default version

Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version no longer uses the Intensity mechanic, and instead permanently maintains its high-intensity form. It also has higher damage and damage effectiveness, slower cast time, added Shock chance and increases its maximum effect when applied by the skill. Gem quality increases its maximum shock effect instead.
