Punishment

A trick often employed by masters of minion control, the feared Punishment curse has brought down entire armies. The malady causes afflicted targets to suffer a substantial amount of the damage they deal from their own attacks, so the harder they hit, the faster they die. The secret is in making sure that incoming blows land on the dry bones and withered flesh of enemies rather than on the caster of the Curse.

Punishment is a spell that curses all targets in an area, causing them to grant the Punisher buff to others they hit with melee attacks. Punisher grants more melee physical damage and increased attack speed.

Version history

Version	Changes
2.0.0	Punishment now causes cursed enemies to grant a buff to anyone they hit with melee attacks. The buff grants more Melee Damage and increased Attack Speed. It no longer reflects damage.
1.0.5	Punishment has had its base damage reflection increased by a flat 6%. Damage reflection against higher rarity monsters has been also been increased. For example, damage reflection against unique monsters has been increased by a flat 11%.
0.10.0e	Fixed the gem quality bonuses for the Punishment skill.
0.10.0	The Punishment curse has returned after being disabled for a long time.
