The result is that armor tanks deal very little damage with this ability. Minion users, however, enjoy much greater effects--particularly those using the Minion Instability keystone passive.
Imo the Minion Insability keystone gives absolutely no benefit to Punishment so i think the bold sentence should be removed. --Lord joshi (talk) 05:22, 1 September 2013 (UTC)
