While for this ring's mod, a dual influenced Elder-Shaper ring can activate both (60-80)% increased Spell Damage if your other Ring is an Elder Item and Cannot be Stunned by Spells if your other Ring is a Shaper Item mods. Other dual influence ring such as Elder or Shaper plus one of the Conquerors influence, can only activate either Elder or Shaper mod. That was a bug that prevent dual influenced ring to work with this item at all, but the bug was fixed.
