Nearby Allies have #% increased Attack and Cast Speed#% increased Movement Speed
Speed Aura is a monster aura. It currently only able to find in totem (MonsterTotemAuraSpeed1, MonsterImplicitAuraSpeedSextant), Jik'shah (MonsterAuraSpeedUniqueMap1) and some other unique monsters (MonsterImplicitAuraSpeed1) eg. Kali the Crazed/The Hollow Lady/Hatespitter, Spirit of Aidan/Aidan the Frenzied/Blood Morpher), or the of Haste monster mod (displayed as "Haste Aura in the monster nameplate).
Player can also affected by this aura by using a HeadhunterHeadhunter

The buff (archnemesis version) grants Nearby Allies have 30% increased Attack and Cast Speed (despite the buff description only state "Attack Faster") and grant the aura caster itself 40% increased Movement Speed.[2] However, the values may be changed after the version 3.20.0 monster mod re-rework, or not related to unique monster / totem versions.
