Version	Changes
3.19.0	Vaal Haste now grants 16% increased Movement Speed at gem level 1 (previously 10%), up to 20% at gem level 20 (previously 13%). The Attack and Cast Speed granted by Vaal Haste has not been changed.
3.14.0	Vaal Skill Gems can now only be obtained from a set of specific methods such as Corrupting Gems, Vaal Side Areas, Divination Cards (that specifically grant Vaal Skill Gems) and the Lapidary Lens in the Temple of Atzoatl.
2.6.0	Attack speed and cast speed reduced by 5% at all levels. Movement speed reduced by 4% at level 1, up to 7% reduction at level 20 Duration has been reduced to 4 seconds (from 6 seconds) at all levels
