Mace, Sceptre or Staff Attacks deal 20% increased Damage with Hits and Ailments

Expansive Might is a notable passive skill only found on Large or Medium Cluster Jewels. The notable grants increased damage with hits and ailments from mace, sceptre or staff attacks. It also grants increased area of effect every second while stationary, up to a limit.
