Mechanics

Gain up to your maximum number of Frenzy and Endurance Charges when you gain Cat's Agility: You will always be at maximum endurance and frenzy charges if the duration of Cat's Stealth + Cat's Agility less than or equal the duration of your endurance and frenzy charges (default is 10s). Since the base duration of Cat's Stealth + Cat's Agility is 12s (due to +2.00 seconds to Cat's Agility Duration on Farrul's Fur), this would require at least 20% increased charge duration (e.g. Charge Mastery or Frenzy Charge Duration) or 17% reduced skill effect duration (e.g. Window of Opportunity and preceding nodes).
