Doedre Stamatis
Doedre Stamatis was a thaumuturgist and Maligaro's pupil.[1] When Maligaro cut her tongue off, she embraced her loss and took on the surname Darktongue and took on an innovative mean of spellcasting -- from the theme of items, presumably curses. [2]
In The Western Forest (Act 2) players find a Proclamation in the center of the stone circle - a stone plaque with a description of the fault of the Doedre and the award for her punishment.
After Act 4 and until the player character beats her during Act 8, Deodre lives in its Cesspool, which is located in the Toxic Sewers.
Encounters
Doedre is battled several times in the storyline:
- Doedre Darktongue in act 4 as a minor boss of the area
- Doedre the Vile in act 8 as a main boss of the area
- Doedre, Darksoul in act 9 as a minor boss of the area
- Moreover in the same area, she was fused with other two minor bosses as The Depraved Trinity
Furthermore she can be encountered in the following maps:
- Erythrophagia in Phantasmagoria Map as a main boss of the map (based on Act 4 fight)
- Portentia, the Foul in Waste Pool Map as a main boss of the map (based on Act 8 fight)
- Doedre the Defiler in Sepulchre Map as a main boss of the map (based on Act 9 fight)
- Headmistress Braeta in The Putrid Cloister as a main boss of the map
- Prodigy of Hexes in Core Map as a minor boss of the map (based on Act 4 fight)
