Vaal Glacial Hammer is a Vaal skill that hits the enemy with your staff or mace, converting some of your physical damage to cold damage, and temporarily creating a ring of ice around him.
Skill Functions and Interactions
The circle of ice functions similarly to Frost Wall. Players, monsters and most projectiles can't pass through it.
