The Taliman leagues are a pair of two ongoing challenge leagues - one standard and one hardcore version. In these leagues, monsters have been possessed by ancient Ezomyte Talismans. These monsters are indicated by green Talisman symbols over their heads. The Talismans grant them additional strength and properties in battle. Killing one of these monsters allows the player to claim its Talisman for himself.

The standard and hardcore versions have the same core mechanics but slightly different items available.

The leagues started on December 11, 2015 along with the release of Version 2.1.0[1] and will end March 4, 2016.[2] At the end of the standard Talisman league, all characters and stashes will be moved to Standard league. Characters that die during the league respawn in the Talisman league. Characters and their stashes in the hardcore variant will be moved to the Hardcore league once the challenge league ends. If they die during the league, they respawn in the Standard league.
