Kosis, The Revelation is one of the two map bosses of SimulacrumSimulacrumHow do you defeat that which dwells within you?Open a Delirium portal by using this item in a personal Map Device. Can only be used once.. The map fragment will use one of the following layout: Lunacy's Watch, The Bridge Enraptured, The Syndrome Encampment, Hysteriagate or Oriath Delusion.

Sometimes the player can also encounter the boss in maps affected by the Delirium mist.

Its beam applies the "Electrifying Sight" debuff, dealing Physical and Lightning damage over time.
