Guff "Tiny" Grenn's signature mod #% increased Damage during any Flask Effect ("Brinerot") is similar to Brinerot warband's signature mod. Guff also shared the same surname with Brinerot member Musky "Two-Eyes" Grenn. The similarity indicated that Guff was a member of Brinerot.

It is not certain that who was refer to in 's flavour text, which state "As the first Brinerot to join the Order, you have much to prove,..". The scarab is an exclusive drop of Cameria, not Guff.
