This item was exclusive to the Anarchy league. It is currently only obtainable by trading or through Zana's map device, either directly through the Anarchy mod or indirectly through a Perandus mod with a lucky Cadiro. It is also available in Bestiary league with the recipe "Create a Unique... Amulet".

Item acquisition

Daresso's Salute can drop anywhere. It can be chanced. Daresso's Salute belongs to a special group of unique items called league-specific items, which can be obtained from certain divination cards and other sources in addition to their normal acquisition methods.
