Rage Vortex of Berserking

Rage Vortex of Berserking is a sword/axe melee attack skill that creates a ragestorm that follow you and continuously deals damage in an area. The ragestorm constantly drains your rage at an accelerating rate and lasts until you run out of rage.

Changes from default version

Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version crates a ragestorm that follows your character. Instead of spending additional rage to increase its damage and radius on use, it starts draining your rage to upkeep the ragestorm once activated. Gem quality increases the base radius instead.

Skill functions and interactions

• Dual wielding: Rage Vortex alternates between weapons on each cast, but not during the effect of an ongoing ragestorm. Its very important to use two equally strong weapons while using Rage Vortex dual wield to make the damage feel consistent. This also means that weapons such as become interesting build options.

• Warcries: Because the Exert mechanic applies to entire attacks, Rage Vortex benefits from warcries through its entire duration. For example: will double the damage of an entire Ragestorm.
