Strategies
This Relic causes the fight to be a pseudo-Uber boss; ensure your character has the defences necessary for this boss as it ignores Resolve mechanics.
Prioritize Boons that increase your damage and reduce enemy damage. Avoid Afflictions that benefit Lycia's attack/cast/action speed if possible.
