Using a {{il|Blessed Orb}} on a legacy version from before [[version 2.3.0]] will change the implicit value to 20%, and not matching the value of a fresh copy of the item (14%).<ref name="Legacy Implicit" /> This is due to the pre-2.3 variant use the implicit mod {{ml|ElementalDamagePercentImplicitSceptre1}}, while the current version use {{ml|ElementalDamagePercentImplicitSceptreNew5}}.
It is not certain that the item can be [[Orb of Chance|chanced]] inside the Labyrinth or not. But if it does, player can create a hybrid variant that only the implicit is legacy by chancing a pre-2.3 base in the Labyrinth in permeant leagues.
Using a {{il|Divine Orb}}, however, CANNOT add the mod {{ml|ColdDamageOverTimeMultiplierUnique__1|display=stat_text}} to the legacy item that without this mod.
