Helena wants you to find a suitable location for a Hideout. There is one rumoured to be located in the Dread Thicket beyond the Vaal Ruins.
You have found a location that would make a suitable Hideout, but you need to clear out the dangerous monsters before you can use it.
You have cleared the Hideout. Talk to Helena to claim it.
Talk to Helena in your Hideout.
Use the crafting bench in your Hideout to enhance an item.
Quest Complete - You have claimed a Hideout and used it to enhance an item.
