Skill Functions and Interactions

Culling Strike: Power Siphon always has Culling Strike, so enemies immediately die if brought to 10% or less of their maximum life.

Dual wielding: When dual wielding with wands, attacks with Power Siphon will alternate the weapon being fired.

Power charge on enemy death: Power Siphon applies a very short duration debuff to all enemies it hits. This duration is significantly shorter than the time between successive attacks. If an enemy is killed by Power Siphon or dies during that time, the player gains a Power Charge. This allows the player to gain Power Charges even when the enemy is killed by a party member. It is not possible to gain more than one Power Charge per attack, even if Power Siphon kills multiple enemies, such as when it is supported by Module Error: No skills found with q_where = skill.active_skill_name="Lesser Multiple Projectiles" or Module Error: No skills found with q_where = skill.active_skill_name="Chain".
