Power Siphon

Fires your wand at a target, dealing increased damage and granting a power charge if the target is killed by, or soon after, the hit.

Culling Strike: causes monsters to die if you strike them down to 10% or less life.

Dual Wielding: Dual wielding attacks with Power Siphon will alternate the weapon being fired.
