Template:Gem Infobox This support gem reduces the mana cost and the mana reserved of linked skills, hence the lower than 100% mana multiplier. The reduction starts at 10% (mana multiplier of 90%) and increases as the gem gains levels. While this gem will also reduce the amount of mana reserved by skills such as auras, its quality bonus is reduced Mana Cost which has no effect on mana reserved.
