Enemies Become Chilled as they Unfreeze, causing 30% reduced Action Speed [1]

Fingers of Frost is a notable passive skill that grants chance to Freeze against enemies that are Chilled, and causes Frozen debuffs to inflict a 30% Chilled on removal.

  • Because elemental ailments are removed if they could never become active, Freezing a Frozen enemy will usually remove the older freeze, causing it to chill.
