Accuracy and Crits Aura is a monster aura. It is originally granted from monster modifier Module Error: No results found. but the mod is now spawn disabled. The aura is now granted by new Archnemesis monster mod Deadeye (known as affix form of Accuracyof Accuracy

20% increased Damage (Hidden); rare rarity version only). Monster implicit mod (e.g. Module Error: No results found.) as well as unique monster's mod may also grant the monster with this aura.
The aura is mostly the same function as PrecisionPrecisionAura, Critical, Spell, AoE

Player can also affected by this aura when converting a special Fickle Totem[1] (which has MonsterImplicitAuraAccuracyAndCritsSextant and MonsterImplicitAuraSpeedSextant mods) to friendlies due to the sextant mod Areas contain # additional packs of Monsters that Convert when Killed, or converting any monsters with this mod as friendlies temporarily by using Conversion TrapConversion TrapTrap, Spell, Duration
