Alternate artwork

Medallion race season reward for reaching 100 RP. Using the /convertracereward chat command, this item can be transformed into an amulet skin, Alternate Art Tear Of PurityAlternate Art Tear Of PurityAmulet Skin. Be aware that the skin cannot be traded to other players or turned back into the original item.

It is also one of the possible outcome of Voidborn Reliquary. However, Tear of Purity did not have any Rainbow foil variant, as it is not part of the item pools of the older series of Reliquary Keys.
