• Herald of Thunder's Storms Hit Enemies with % increased Frequency: Increases the storm's lightning bolts frequency. With 1 hit every 0.25s by default, the base frequency is 4.
  • The storm does not have a cooldown. It does not need to reach specific breakpoints to accommodate 33ms server frames. With 50% increased frequency, the storm will have a frequency of 6; with 120% increased frequency, it will have a frequency of 8.8.

Both Take 250 Lightning Damage when Herald of Thunder Hits an Enemy and Herald of Thunder's Storms Hit Enemies with (30-50)% increased Frequency can be stacked by using two Storm Secret. This will cause a single 500 damage hit, not two 250 hits.

Item acquisition

Storm Secret can drop anywhere. It can be chanced. Storm Secret belongs to a special group of unique items called league-specific items, which can be obtained from certain divination cards and other sources in addition to their normal acquisition methods.
