It is not usual, but the dev has set a new default value = 0 for the legacy mod +(40-60) to maximum Life, so that do not Divine the legacy item. Buy the newly dropped item instead if aiming for the new life regen mod.

Alternate artwork

Foil version from the Ancient Reliquary.

The usual foil version that dropped during the Legacy leagues would have +16% to all Elemental Resistances and +8% to maximum Fire Resistance mods and without +(40-60) to maximum Life mod.

Forgotten no more.Travel to the Ancient Reliquary by using this item in a personal Map Device. Can only be used once. can still be used after the end of the Legacy leagues (only drop disabled after the league end), there is a chance that players can acquire this item after version 3.1.0 (and before version 3.19.0), so that the foil version also has +(40-60) to maximum Life, but without the mod +8% to maximum Fire Resistance (have 5% instead). In addition, for some unknown reason also retained to have +16% to all Elemental Resistances implicit. Be cautious on buying the unique foil version by checking the item mod.

Other variants of foil color can also be acquired from Voidborn Reliquary, which would have post-3.19 mod values.
