Effective Movement Speed

• 1% increased Movement Speed per 600 Evasion Rating, up to 75% and 25% reduced Movement Speed

Because increased and reduced modifiers are additive to one another, and Queen of the Forest has a modifier that grants an additional 25% reduced movement speed, the net increase in movement speed can only reach 50%. (Technically 47% because, as a body armour, Queen of the Forest comes with a hidden -3% movement speed penalty, which can be negated by the notable passive Art of the Gladiator ) To achieve this bonus, the player must have 45,000 evasion (600*75). To break even, the player must have 15,000 evasion (600*25).
