Mechanics

Block Chance: Mistwall gives the maximum chance to block attack damage if the character has not blocked recently. The base maximum chance is 75%.

Evade/accuracy checks occur before block, making it useful to maintain the block chance effect by avoiding having to block entirely. On the other hand, avoidance occurs after block.
